The Data and Annotation panels provide tools for viewing, applying, and managing extracted data and document annotations.

Taxonomy Panel

The Taxonomy panel displays the data definition hierarchy, allowing you to browse available taxons and see their extracted values.

Features

  • Taxon hierarchy — Browse the full data definition tree
  • Extracted values — See values that have been extracted for each taxon
  • Tag application — Select a taxon and click on document content to apply a tag

Labels Panel

The Labels panel provides a flat palette of taxonomy labels for quick annotation. It is optimized for rapid tagging workflows.

Features

  • Quick selection — Click a label to make it active for tagging
  • Visual indicators — Color-coded labels for easy identification
  • Filter — Search for specific labels when you have large taxonomies

Exceptions Panel

The Exceptions panel shows content and data validation exceptions that need attention. These can include missing required fields, format errors, or confidence warnings from AI extraction.

Features

  • Exception list — All current exceptions for the document
  • Severity levels — Visual indicators for error, warning, and info
  • Navigation — Click an exception to jump to the relevant location in the document
  • Fuzzy search override — Search and resolve exceptions using fuzzy matching

Data Forms Panel

The Data Forms panel lists all data forms configured for the project, allowing you to open them in the workspace.

Features

  • Form list — All forms available in the current project
  • Quick open — Click a form to open it as a new tab in the center area

Formula Panel

The Formula panel provides an editor for defining formulas on data attributes. Formulas can compute derived values from extracted data.

Tag Properties Panel

When you select a tag in the document view, the Tag Properties panel shows the properties of that tag including its taxon, value, and confidence.
